GSA Alliant Small Business
The Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies.
GSA 8(a) STARS
The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government.
GSA VETS
The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms.
DHS EAGLE
Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) will serve as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC's):
- FC1 – Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
- FC2 – Operations and Maintenance
- FC3 – Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
- FC4 – Software Development
- FC5 – Management Support Services
SeaPort-E
SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
GSA SmartBUY Electronic Content Management (ECM)
For federal customers, SCS offers an especially compelling advantage with our GSA SmartBUY program (GS-35F-0433K). As the exclusive records management services vendor on the SmartBUY program, SCS works through our partner prime (PointOne) to allow agencies to contract for pre-negotiated rates for services and software without further competitive procurement. No company is easier to contract with for content and records management services. SCS also has partnership agreements for GSA Schedule 36 and Schedule 70 contract vehicles.
